Urban dreaming VII: Tie me up....

As soon as I saw this wall I knew I need to photograph it for this series.  Though the locals who where near by when I was photographing it were someone bemused by my attention and focus, and wondering why was a bloke with a big camera taking a picture of our cruddy wall.  Well cause it looks pretty to me.  I love the texture, the contrast and colour... Enjoy.

Urban dreaming VI: Its not my job...

I came across this image, whilst walking around with my bestie Nicholas.  It was next to a new section of road in which it a lane marking paint was abruptly stopped where a plastic bag was on the bitumen.  Too funny.  Its not my job.  Enjoy.

OK, this one keeps reminding my of what the world would look like during the zombie apocalypse, derelict and ruined.  Must stop watching Walking Dead! and reading World War Z.  LOL.  This image I like because it has character, texture and colour.... Enjoy.

Urban dreaming III: Sign's of our times

Time for an update.... This one is from the urban dreaming series.  What started out as a standard, nondescript sign, has been honed and crafted over time into something quiet beautiful. Awesome patina, colour and form. Enjoy.

Does it grate on you?

Something from the recent urban series. I really liked this for a couple of reasons.  Firstly the textures, the textured metal work, the slime dark water, and the leaves.  Next was the contrast between the grey of the concrete and the metal, with the organic forms of the water and leaves.  Enjoy.
